About these A2 stories
These German A2 stories are written for someone who can already order food and talk about yesterday in a simple way, and who now wants a page that finishes. The first is a morning routine, with separable verbs sitting where spoken German actually puts them. Then a café, a quiet weekend in town, a reason for studying, and a short trip. None of them is a news article, and none of them pretends to be one. You tap the word, see an English translation, and decide whether it is worth saving with the sentence still attached. Audio walks the line word by word so a long compound does not have to be guessed as a single lump. Articles and case endings show up inside the story rather than in a table at the top. If a translation looks slightly off for the sentence, edit it before you review. The goal of the shelf is five finished reads, not a complete grammar of A2.
